I started with a frame I found in the junk yard. It was a bit small but looked like it might be a good project.
Here is what it looked like after being sandblasted and primed. All the non-usefull stuff was cutted-out. No more wire guides etc.

Even if it's a small bike for me, it's really nice to ride it in the city.
